Rawatib Sunnah Prayers When Safar

Ibnul Qayyim said, "Including among the instructions of the Prophet sallallaahu‘ alaihi wa sallam when praying was mengqoshor fardhu prayers and he did not do the sunnah rawatib qobliyah and ba'diyah prayer. What he usually does is doing sunnah prayer and sunnah qabliyah prayer. He never left these two prayers both when living and when praying. "(Zaadul Ma'ad, 1/456).
